During the festivals during spring and autumn:

Year's end day of Spring Festival and first day of the Year of the Dragon (all day), second and third days of the dragon year (from 7 am to 11 pm daily); New Year's Day, Tomb Sweeping Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, Dragon Boat Festival Mid-Autumn Festival, National Dayand other major holidays and incense and temple fair folk activities during these times (from 7 am to 11 pm daily).

2. Burrable location:

In Haicang District's restricted burn area, a total of 10 burrable points are established:

The space near the left side under the Bridge by the northern gate of Shuiyunwan, Beihai South Bridge;

basketball court outside Jingkouyan community adjacent to Jian Gang Road from Xinggang Road West junction;

Water beauty hall (beside culture center and xingdong garden) in proximity of incense stove front empty ground;

Furong Temple (in Zhongshan Village market) in proximity of incense stove front empty ground;

Village cultural theater (Zhongshan Village Market) near fountain;

Shi Tang East Road No. 1 (water head temple, Dongkeng Temple, Dongkeng ancestral hall, bredan xie ancestral hall) in proximity of incense stove front open field;

Yu Qingshe Hall (paitou village courtyard no. 63, Shi Tang village) neighboring open field;

Ji Fu Hall (Liushan Village of Shi Tang Village, courtyard no. 100-6, Shi Tang Village) stage nearby open space;

Longhua Temple (the courtyard next to Xiaokou Apartment, Shi Tang Village) vicinity open space;

Xianrui Temple (Diantou New Village courtyard no. 80, Shi Tang Village) vicinity open space.
